7/11/25 – Almost 9 years ago, we were asked to take a dog from another rescue. She was an adorable beagle mix. Shyley turned out to find the exact perfect home for her! I love when that happens. She has had an amazing life with many adventures and even got some rattlesnake training in. She was loved beyond words and I am so grateful for how all the pieces clicked together from us getting her, an assist with Arizona Beagle rescue with a home visit and her going into her forever home. Unfortunately Shy’s health took a turn recently. They did not give up and threw everything into her until she said, “it’s time.” Shyley passed over the rainbow bridge today with her family that loved her surrounding her while she peacefully went to sleep with her head on her mom’s lap. We all know this is the hardest part of having them and we all want more time. It will never be enough though. Shy was almost 17! I am so happy she had these last almost 9 years. She will be missed. Rest in Peace Shy
