Sponsor a Dog
An outright cash gift or appreciated real estate property is an easy and wonderful way to contribute to our work at SNBRF. Your gift will be put to immediate use and you will be entitled to a charitable income tax deduction for the full value of your gift. The SNBRF is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation. Planned Giving Opportunities
Selecting the right charitable estate planning can allow you to reduce your estate and income taxes. It can help you maximize the financial and tax benefits of your gift and allow you to make a larger gift than you thought possible. Use your assets that are subject to higher taxes to fund a gift and leave more tax-favorable assets to your family.
Planned gifts often provide lifetime monetary benefits to the donor and their family, along with considerable tax savings and the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping ensure the future of SNBRF life-saving efforts. Your will gives you peace of mind knowing that loved ones are taken care of, your assets are distributed accurately, and that your gift to the foundation reflects your personal values. Gifts to charitable organizations are excluded from estate tax.
There is a wide range of giving opportunities available, some of which are outlined below.
You don’t need a large estate to make a gift. Designate us as a beneficiary of your life insurance and help the dogs in need!
Our alumni already know we are here for their entire life should anything happen to you. However, we often help and take on the beagles that have not come through our rescue and are happy to assist.
One of the simplest ways to make a planned gift to SNBRF is to make a bequest in your will or revocable trust. If you already have a will or trust, your lawyer can usually add SNBRF quite easily. Giving through a bequest lowers your federal estate taxes because the assets donated to the Center are deducted before the estate tax is calculated.
Donate your vehicle and save lives
