6/30/25 One of our sweetest alumni passed away last week at around 15 years of age. Pappardelle aka Poppy had lived a hard eight to ten years in The South as a former breeding female. She was a “Lemon Beagle” but unusual in that she was the color of spun white sugar with brown sugar/cinnamon swirls and a few very light lemon patches. Her devoted mom took her on long nature walks daily with her doggy siblings in Red Rock Canyon and Poppy absolutely flourished and loved her new life as a treasured, deeply loved, companion beagle the past five years. She brought a special beagle love to her family who had never shared their lives with a beagle. Rest easy, Poppy. You will always be remembered and forever in your mom’s heart as well as ours.
