2/19/25 Two years ago, we took in this beautiful girl named Mopsy. She was a throw away. She looked sickly and ill. She was skinny and unhealthy. She was owned by a hunter, and after many years, he sold her at a swap meet.
Luckily, she came into rescue, and her life forever changed. She made her way to us. She found her forever home and became Moxie. Moxie was in a good home and flourished. Unfortunately, the damage of her years of neglect and abuse caught up to her. We are so thankful for the life she ended up with in her forever home. We know it was such a short time. But dogs do not count time like we do and for us, the most important thing is that she was loved and cared for by her family. Her bad experiences were erased with new loving ones. We are so very sorry for their loss. It is never easy. We are so thankful to her family. Rest in peace beautiful Moxie.
