Almost 9 years ago, we rescued a 3 year old male beagle. We had heard about this “not so good” breeder in Arizona and the dogs really needed to get out of there. Boo was one of them. They used him as a stud dog and he spent most of his time chained to a pole. Luckily, this gorgeous boy had a bright future and he did not let his past hold him back. He was adopted by caring people who completely made him part of the family and he went by Houston after that. He went on hikes often and we are so grateful to them for pouring all that love into him. Unfortunately, Houston passed over the rainbow bridge. So many of us know that pain all too well. We are grateful for the life he had and extremely sorry for the loss of Houston. Rest in peace.
